Prior to joining Our World Energy, Jankauskas worked as a post disaster recovery and rebuild team leader in numerous international projects, a sales manager in non-profit organizations, and an operations manager for one of the largest solar companies in the United States. These past roles helped him establish strong skills in business development, cross-functional collaboration, continuous operational improvement, and streamlining operations and systems.
Jankauskas has a BS in Emergency Management from Coventry University and a MA in Sustainability from Arizona State University.
